Czech or Slovak Speaking Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre Associate ( Hybrid )

Roles and responsibilities

  • Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
  • Taking ownership of the issue
  • Escalating contacts efficiently

You will be great in this role if you have:

  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Advanced Czech or Slovakian language knowledge
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
