At TBST, we are committed to helping our colleagues live a healthier and sustainable lifestyle so they can be their best at work and home.

Our approach is to raise awareness, inspire and motivate colleagues to look after their wellbeing.
Our programme is built on pillars of nutrition, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing and underpinned by prevention and self-care, to structured support.
Our overall aim is to create a leading workplace health programme that every colleague can access for support and empower their own wellbeing.

Our propositions have essential core services such as Occupational Health, Employee Assistance programme (ICAS), online learning and support resources.

We organize our health and wellbeing week, called Being.well week every year where we provide colleagues with more opportunities to take care of their health such as free health examinations in the office and discussions around healthy nutrition, and health in general.

ln addition, we have established the TBST Sport Club where colleagues can join and take part in different sport activities like running, cycling, yoga and playing football.

At TBST we find it important to take care about our colleagues’ physical and mental well-being and doing sports is a great way to achieve it. TBST Sport Club, called To Be Sporty Together, aims to build a great community among colleagues through the love of sport.
Joint events give us opportunity to connect with each other and grow our cross-functional network to create an awesome place to work.
