Buying Associate

Roles and responsibilities

Closely cooperate with Buyers and Product Trade Planning teams in order to produce leaflets which are fully supporting our strategic and tactical goals
Report data quality to buying team in order to continuously improve original data quality
Close cooperation with different Teams within TBS, Tesco CE and with Suppliers
Responsible to support the Customer Leaflet Team to deliver agreed timelines and deliver the right quality of work
Do leaflet proofreading rounds align with leaflet deadlines (checking product description, time validity, store validity, photos, regular and promo prices, logos and claims are all legal and in line with TBS internal rules and principles)
Demonstrate speed and accuracy in all tasks
Manage workload effectively and in a timely manner
Ensure all records are accurately maintained

You will be great in this role if you have:

Graduate/High school education (a higher education/university degree is an advantage)
Native Hungarian and upper-intermediate English knowledge
Experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
Experience in multinational environment is an advantage
Ability to work accurately and consistently
Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
