Accounts Receivable Lead
Roles and responsibilities
- Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
- Budgeting and cost controlling
- Coordination of all AR team tasks and activities
- New processes set up (with cooperation with other Finance teams)
- Issuing AR transactions – responsibility for a complex part of AR
- Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis, explanation of movements, etc.)
- Period closure activities
- Checking the accuracy and timeliness
- Sharing knowledge and best practises with other colleagues
- Following the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line superior and delivering ad-hoc tasks
- Preparing the periodic charges and send them for Finance Manager approval
- Preparation of statistical reports required by local regulation
- Responding to requests for operational and financial data by extracting information from systems and delivering the requested data in a clear and accurate format & preparing ad hoc analysis
- Cooperating and explaining any issues within Finance teams
- Taking part in any project concerning Accounts Receivable area
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with
You will be great in this role if you have:
- College/University/High school degree preferably in Finance & Accounting
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Tax knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service mindset
- Analysis and decision making
- Risk and escalation management
- Advanced MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access) knowledge
- Advanced reporting skills
