Accounts Receivable Lead

Roles and responsibilities

Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
Budgeting and cost controlling
Coordination of all AR team tasks and activities
New processes set up (with cooperation with other Finance teams)
Issuing AR transactions – responsibility for a complex part of AR
Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis, explanation of movements, etc.)
Period closure activities
Checking the accuracy and timeliness
Sharing knowledge and best practises with other colleagues
Following the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line superior and delivering ad-hoc tasks
Preparing the periodic charges and send them for Finance Manager approval
Preparation of statistical reports required by local regulation
Responding to requests for operational and financial data by extracting information from systems and delivering the requested data in a clear and accurate format & preparing ad hoc analysis
Cooperating and explaining any issues within Finance teams
Taking part in any project concerning Accounts Receivable area
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with

You will be great in this role if you have:

College/University/High school degree preferably in Finance & Accounting
Upper-intermediate English knowledge
Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
Tax knowledge
Accuracy and attention to detail
Customer service mindset
Analysis and decision making
Risk and escalation management
Advanced MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access) knowledge
Advanced reporting skills
