Our first Tesco Business Service has been established in 2004 in Bengaloru, India. The next step now to set up a brand new Tesco Business Services team for Central Europe. The team will be based in a new business services center in our existing Vaci út office in Budapest and will create hundreds of new specialist roles. The new team will provide dedicated support for colleagues and customers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.

Roles and responsibilities:

Recruitment manager will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers. To be successful in this role, Recruitment managers should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate has good team management skills, cooperates well with colleagues at different levels.

Recruitment manager will manage our recruitment process to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs: 

  • Oversee end to end recruitment process and delivery for Tesco Business Services Budapest
  • Responsible for resourcing TBS according to the business need
  • Regular communication with TBS leadership, provide data and insights on the area
  • Keep statistics of vacancies of Tesco Business Services Budapest
  • Find new opportunities and channels for advertisement, use different recruitment tools (social media, eDMs, database, print, jobfairs, etc.)
  • Monitoring of how we advertise, spend local budget on adverts, recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Guarantee all local processes are aligned with the blueprints and set CE and TBS principals (EVP, brand manual, etc.)
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Managing internal resourcing and supporting recruitment team in TBS to ensure we have the right people in right places
  • Ensure the recruitment team is capable and trained to deliver the results
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (eg. time to hire, cost per hire)

You will be great in this role if you have:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferable specialized in Human Resources or Marketing field)
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment manager/Recruitment consultant/Recruiter
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
